TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping times
As the majority of our products are manufactured in Indonesia, the shipping time for all orders is approximately 12-15 weeks. If the order requires customisation, they will be ‘made to order’ thus resulting in a longer delivery period. Other factors that may contribute to a longer delivery time include customs and port delays.

Glamour Living would provide our customers the best information we have as to when an order will arrive, but please note that this is only an ETA (estimate time of arrival). Should more information become available to us regarding the status of your order, we would contact you.

Warranty
Most of our products have a one year warranty from the purchase date for all manufacturing faults and defects. The warranty will be void if the product has been damaged from misuse or used for a purpose it was not designed for.

Installations
Products such as mirrors, shelves, modular wall units and wall panels all need to be fixed to a wall which is the responsibility of the client. If you are located in the Sydney metropolitan areas, we can arrange installation for a fee. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the wall has suitable fixings/reinforcement to support the product. If it is deemed that the wall is not suitable to support the product upon delivery, an extra charge will apply for reinforcing the wall. Please contact us if you require further information.

Pricing policy
There may be a discrepancy between the pricing in our showroom and online. Glamour Living reserves the right to change pricing of any product without prior notice. All prices include GST.

Material samples
Material samples may be used for ’made to order’ products. Where specified, actual images have been taken of material samples and edited to ensure that they accurately depict the true colour of the sample. However, there may be colour variations between the sample and final product due to the sample only being a small piece of a larger cut. Glamour Living has no liability for any colour differences between the samples (whether online or in store) and the final product.

Payment
No order shall be delivered until full payment has been received. If you have ordered a product that will arrive in 12 weeks, please be aware that Glamour Living requires the customer to pay a 30% deposit upon ordering and the balance once the order arrives. Once the order arrives, we will contact you to organise delivery and collect payment. Company or personal cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within three (3) days of the order date with the 30% deposit returned in full. If you choose to cancel your order after the three (3) day period, the 30% deposit will be forfeited.

Returns – need for info
Subject to inspection for damages -
All sale items – no refund, only exchange.
All RRP items – can refund and exchange.

DELIVERY
The customer is liable for payment of all delivery charges, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access. You must ensure correct delivery address details are provided to Glamour Living and notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address (e.g. staircases or narrow passages).

We will use reasonable endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date. If we do not meet the estimated delivery date for any reason, our liability will be limited, at our option, to resupplying the goods at a different time.

Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. Should an appropriate person not be available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs.
